               •  In the case of foreign authors will be accepted electronically via
                   e-mail.
               •  Articles should be sent to the Centro de Investigaciones Jurídicas
                   and  accompanied  by a letter  signed by (the) author (s) of  work
                   as applicable, addressed to the Editor (Dra. Marilena Asprino
                   Salas,  Director)  requesting    the  evaluation,  accepting  the
                   established  editorial  standards and  authorizing  its print and
                   electronic should be approved. The publisher reserves the right
                   to make  necessary changes in order to a uniform presentation.
               •  For  editorial quality and permanence in international indexes,
                   the  collaborations  will  not  be  allowed  the  same  author  in
                   consecutive issues of the Anuario. If approved an article whose
                   author  fall under the above situation, the Editorial Committee
                   reserves the right  to  decide the  number of the directory in
                   which it is published, which  will  be duly communicated to (the)
                   author (s).
               •  The    Editorial  Committee    reserves    the  right  to  decide  the
                   location  of  papers  within the sections.
               •  No simultaneous of arbitration articles by the same author.

                                 assessment procedure


                   There will be as indicated below:
               •  Acknowledgment  electronically by  the Editors.
               •  Preliminary  assessment of formal requirements. Be returned for
                   correction and compliance with editorial standards those papers
                   that do not meet the formal requirements.
               •  Papers    without  formal  requirements  will  not  be  sent  to
                   arbitration.
               •  If    the  paper  meets  the  formal  requirements,  is  sent  to  the
                   arbitrator  expert in the area for approval  or not.
               •  Papers  will  be  evaluated  without  the  name(s)  author(s)  for
                   qualified  referees  in  the  field,  whose  names  are  kept  strictly
                   confidential.
