                     GUIDELINES FOR CONTRIBUTORS


                   The Anuario de Derecho, is an arbitrated scientific publication that
            considers for review and publication of original research papers and un-
            edited papers to the area of law. Editorial Committee may be accepted
            for  publication  papers,  lectures,  reviews  and  comparative  studies  of
            legal instruments, which despite having been previously reported, given
            its  academic  value  and  interest  to  the  area  in  question,  deserve  to  be
            disclosed.
                   As    a  prerequisite,  the  papers  presented  will  be  subject  to
            evaluation by a Referees Committee previously selected by the Editorial
            Committee, in order to maintain the required academic and scientific
            level in rates of national and international scientific publications.

                                  Formal requirements:

            1. The article must be submitted in triplicate on letter-size bond paper. One
            copy must be properly identified: Indication of author and adscription
            institution.
                   Parallel to the shipping paper, it is essential to send the digital
            version  of  the  article  at  the  following  addresses:  anuariodederecho@
            yahoo.com, with a copy to: anuarioderechoula@ula.ve
            2. Are conditions for the admission:
               •  Format: microsoft word.
               •  Font: times new roman, twelve (12) points.
               •  Spacing:  text  to  space  and  a  half  (1.5  lines).  Summary  and
                   references, single-spaced.
               •  margins: uniforms of 2.5 cm.
               •  length:  maximum  of  thirty  (30)  pages,  including  references,
                   figures, graphs and tables.
               •  Numbering: all pages.
               •  Place and date: an indication prior to the title.
               •  titles: must be explicative in relation to the content of the work
                   and  presented  in  spanish  and  English.  The  main  headings  in
